Hello! I’m Zakiya
Welcome to my page. My greatest desire in this lifetime is to support people in returning home to themselves…to rekindle and nurture the innate connection that we all have with our bodies, our hearts and our spirits.
This work is so important to me because I’ve been there, too - feeling anxious, lost, and frustrated with myself for being “too sensitive”, as well as always putting the needs and opinions of others before my own.
I used to live my life from a place of disconnection, never believing that I was enough while also making sure that I didn’t venture into the territory of “too much”. These days, it is my deepest honour to show up in my (ever evolving) fullest expression - and I want you to know that this is possible for you, too.
